MAXAR™ Red liners are polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin, seamless to 12″, and chemically inert to a broad range of commercial chemicals.

Considering all the dual laminate on the market, it’s our bonding layer that sets us apart. Our bonding technology eliminates air gaps between the PVDF liner and the vinyl ester structure, thereby preventing condensation between the liner and structure, a common and costly problem in lined steel pipe. And since the outer structural layer of RPS dual laminates are armored with corrosion resistant FRP, they will offer superior durability in corrosive atmospheres.

  • Our PVDF lined FRP piping is suitable for a wide range of aggressive services, and particularly good for chlorinated and brominated chemicals, solvents, hot acids, abrasive services, high purity, and more
  • Available in natural (unpigmented) PVDF for high purity applications.
  • INEOS DERAKANE™ 411 bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin
  • Pressure Ranges: suitable for continuous operation from full vacuum to 150 PSI for 1½” through 12” diameter, and full vacuum to 100 PSI for 14” through 24” diameter.
  • Temperature Range: -5°F (-20°C) to 220°F (104°C). MAXAR™ piping systems with a continuous operating temperature above 180°F (82°C) should be evaluated by RPS Engineering to determine if the process conditions are acceptable.
